If the boss can get a Bosses Day then it’s only fair and appropriate that employees get a day in their honor too. Employee Appreciation Day honors employees everywhere.

Celebrations for Employee Appreciation Day are created and executed by the companies. Recognitons vary widely and may include lunch, snacks, small recognition gifts and of course company sponsored massage right at the workplace. Don’t expect the day off, chances are it just won’t happen.

As we researched Employee Appreciation Day, we wondered if it was a coincidence that Employee Appreciation Day and Bosses Day are six months apart…..hmmmmmm.
