As the owner of a highly successful business my priority has always been to take care of my employees. For the last 10 years we have provided weekly massages for our employees. Time has proven that absenteeism has been greatly reduced and is non-existent on massage day. It is a great incentive for new hires. I firmly believe this perk more than pays for itself in improved morale and attitude. People return to their desks invigorated and animated.
